  • Instructed AN SC 421 “Poultry Evaluation and Selection.”

  • Guest lectured and assisted in teaching various courses and labs.
  • Developed the Poultry Industry section for AN SC 100 “Intro to Animal Industries.”

  • Advised the Poultry Science Club.

Future Plans:

  • To assist in transitioning the Poultry Science Club, judging teams, and youth poultry programs as needed.
  • To serve as a judge at poultry fairs and round-ups.
  • To provide consultation when time permits.

Publications:

  • Authored and contributed to numerous Pennsylvania Extension Publications, including guides, fact sheets, and manuals.
  • Contributed to Department Publications and National Extension Publications, particularly in the field of 4-H Poultry Judging and Embryology.
  • Received awards for contributions to academic advising, student recruiting, and professional skills.
